Monitoring Files...

Hi people, i'm looking for a program that monitoring what the aplications doing, like a fw, here an example:

file1.exe is connecting with http://www.something.com/other_file.exe

It's to know from where the trojans get others file...

And files with extesion .cpl, is there a way to monitoring them? if i click in one .cpl file what it'll do after? Humm, like a threat process...

Not sure if this is what you are looking for. I have not
used it, but have heard it is very good.

No, isn't this... I'm looking for a Network Monitoring File... something like this...

If you are looking for a firewall Zone Alarm has a free application that works well.
