I downloaded the game from internet

It's one thing to try to backup a game to keep from wearing out the original, even that is breaking or circumventing protection,
it's quite another to pirate the game. There's not much of an argument there to justify your action.

 :flowers: :trumpet:

"well my dog ate the original?"

We cannot "assume" that this downloaded psp game is pirated DaChew. There are plenty of legitimate download sites for psp games, Sony included.

Smoky.
To be of any help we're going to need the file format this game is presently in. It will need to be converted into something Nero can understand first.

I was under the impression that sony psp games were put on a Memory Stick Duo
or those little disks?
I have heard about some emulation to play on a PC?

Sorry to hear that smoky. There is no "legal" way to burn PSP games for use on a PS console.
Like the Nintendo Wii, Playstation discs contain a machine specific boot sector as protection. The boot sector cannot be burned and is required for the disk to initiate, which is read first by a chip inside the console.
