I have a problem with Internet Explorer 7, when i click a link on the web browser some how it goes to a new window not a new tab and also i tried to change it myself on Internet option but it still does bot change so please help me. Just from your screenshots, can you try checking the box in Tabbed Browsing Settings, Always Switch to New Tabs when They are Created, then click Okay.

You may have to restart IE7.

Yeah it still doesn't work when i check the box and close Internet Explorer. But I'm not sure about restarting Internet Explorer unless closing Internet Explorer restarts it so yeah I'm not sure

You may have an incompatible browser add-on.

Start IE in No Add-ons mode, either by right-clicking the Desktop icon, or clicking Start / Run and typing: iexplore.exe -extoff

Restart IE and re-enable browser extensions one-by-one.
