Recently, that past few weeks (maybe since the time of my Home Prem. Vista SP1 installment?) Outlook Express 2003 intermediately will keep asking me to enter my password to pull my mail off of yahoo. I have not altered any of the passwords or account settings. If I re-enter my password, it clears and then tries to send/receive and then finishes without error, but none of the mail is exchanged. Clicking the retain/save password box does nothing.

Thanks in advance

Well I just fixed this myself. I went in and created a new email POP3 account and did everything the same and now it works. For now. As I did not do anything new but simply recreated the same account settings. Who knows, maybe they were corrupted or something. Anyway...if anything changes, I will post back under this topic.

I have the same problem. It started last week, so I did exactly what you said you did, deleted and re-created my account. It worked for two days and started asking for my password again.

Anyone know what might be up with this?
