Hi all, hope you can help me. I have recently installed new graphics drivers, the correct ones i may add. This was done just after a clean install of Vista Business following a removed Swizzor Trojan.
All is well and good, and everything runs fine, but there are a couple of issues.
1. When I right click on the desktop, including as Admin, I cannot access "Properties"
2. Some icons are blank. Most are just fine, its just a few which are blank, mainly .exe, and sis files
Can anyone suggest what to try?
Thanks
Micky

What make and model of computer are you using? Were there any issues with the Vista instalaltion (errors, glitches, etc) that you can recall? Have you installed all of the other drivers required for the system?

Hi there, thanks for your response, its appreciated.
I should of provided a little more info at the start, sorry about that.
There were no issues, or problems prior to the new graphics driver, and to such an extent, there are no issues now, apart from not being able to access properties when right clicking on desktop, and exe, and sis file icons being blank.
I have run several virus scans, including Ad-Aware, SpyBot, AVG etc, all clear.
My Laptop is an Acer Aspire 5110, running Vista Business 32Bit. As stated, everything is fine, apart from the two issues mentioned.
Thanks in advance
