Comodo Firewall And Quicken

I just installed Comodo Firewall because ZoneAlarm was screwing up. Everytime I open IE or open a new page, a Quicken alert comes up that says "Please wait while Windows configures Quicken 2006" or something like that. Then it says "The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM that is not available". I keep clicking cancel on these boxes to surf the web. What can I do to fix this?
