Downloading Security Requirements

I'm trying to download a few new items to my computer, Ad-Aware 2007 and the new Adobe- Flash Player, but when Iclick download it tells me that my current security options will not allow this. Does anyone know what the correct security requirements are? If so I really apprechiate your help.
