You could increase airflow by using some wire ties on all of the cables and getting a PCI slot fan like These I noticed you had a few extra slot openings. The Antec spot cool can help with your Chipset overheating "its like an 80mm fan on a flexible stalk" (Quote Tomshardware.com)

I got mother nature keeping my PSU cool for now, I pulled a fan from an old PSU at school and put it in my power supply. It's right now not spinning which seems to make me not happy. As I don't want to spend another 80-100$.

I'm going to lend one of the original fan from the PSU to a friend to see if the fan actually is faulty. I also did pull the fan that I just put in from a pretty ugly box full of PSU's that where around 180Watts max, probably from some terrible P2-3's.

And I'm not too worried about my northbrige or the rest of my components. There nice and toasty and haven't faulted, and their older then the PSU.

Update: It's not the fans, but whatever their connected to, as they by themselves seem to be working. I'll probably just hook them out to the PSU's external wires and jam them in somehow.
