Outlook trouble sending emails

I am getting an error message when I try to send out some emails
It says pop.secureserver.com (0x800CCC78) Unable to send message 'Please verify the email address in your account properties.

The email eventually sends but it stays in my outbox a while before it sends. Thanks for your help
