1. Do the cable modem and router need the same duplex mode or do the router and network card need the same duplex mode? 2. How do I change the duplex mode in the modem and router/router and computer? I know how to for a regular network card, but my wireless card doesn't have that option. |

Yeah its not an option on the wireless, so it must be in the router and the modem. Yet I have not seen a router or a modem that allows you to change the duplex. What site did you test this under?

I know it's not between the router and the modem because it worked fine before I got the wireless card for my computer.

Not sure what to tell you as i dont think you can change duplex settings on wireless connections.
