I have a Surfboard cable modem, D-Link DI-514 router, and a wireless network card in my computer. Recently, I have been getting a lot of connection errors when I try to visit websites and my internet has been slow. I did a speed test and it said I have a duplex mismatch. I have a few questions about it:
1. Do the cable modem and router need the same duplex mode or do the router and network card need the same duplex mode?
2. How do I change the duplex mode in the modem and router/router and computer? I know how to for a regular network card, but my wireless card doesn't have that option.

Yeah its not an option on the wireless, so it must be in the router and the modem. Yet I have not seen a router or a modem that allows you to change the duplex. What site did you test this under?

I know it's not between the router and the modem because it worked fine before I got the wireless card for my computer.

I used this test: http://miranda.ctd.anl.gov:7123/
