Vista Sp1 Problems?

Can anyone here who has installed SP1 for Vista chime in quickly and give me their blessing/curse for it? I know it's out, and there's a few things I hope it fixes, but owing the major problems I had installing it the first time I am leery of making major changes to my computer. So, I would appreicate it if any who had probs with SP1 just tell me what they had before I install SP1
