For flash download the file to your website. Then add the following to a html document:

Hi for java games its also pretty simple stuff just put them in a applet box like this..
CODE <APPLET> {your java game} </APPLET> If that doesn't work then check the file type on the java game you wish to use if its .class use that if its .js then you will need to put this code.. CODE <script language="javascript" src="javagamesource">
