ok so my computer is freezing on a regular basis now but more specifically when i run virus scanner and when i try to uninstall roxio i think roxio is my problem because the virus scanner freezes when its scanning the roxio files everytime ive tryed to uninstall roxio from the uninstall programs and it freezes is there any other way that i can get rid of it ? also my dvd/cd drive is not working im not sure if thats related to this or not but any help or suggestions would be greatly apreciated
