Hey all, I'm using Windows Vista Home Premium and my drive C has been driving me nuts.  It seems to face a shortage of disk space.

In my drive C, I have this folder (Users) which contains 2 folders (Public) & (Computer's Name). In folder (Computer's Name), it has 9 folders - Contacts, Desktop, Downloads, Favorites, Links, Pictures, Saved Games, Searches & Videos. The desktop folder contains all my stuff which I have on my desktop ( Folders, Programmes ). The problem is my drive C has only 19.5 GB, whereas my drive D has 117 GB.
I have tried changing the folders' location but it can't be done, it still shows the drive C route. I have already divert the route of my music folder to the drive D, so I wish to do the same thing for the desktop folders as well. Right now, I have copied the exact folders I mentioned earlier into my drive D, but I can't delete the ones in drive C as it says it is in use ( which means the desktop stuff are still there ). Can anyone help me out here? Thanks alot!

When you open the Start Menu, right click on Documents and select "Properties", then click on the Location tab and select the new location for your Documents. When prompted if you want to move the current one's, select "Yes". You can also do this for the Pictures folder shown there.

Moving the other folders will be a bit more difficult. Here's a link that explains a lot more: http://forums.microsoft.com/TechNet/ShowPo...7&SiteID=17
