Hi, Just purchased a HP Laptop w/ Vista. It has AOL trial loaded on it and I want to get rid of this. Everytime I bring up the internet AOL appears instead of my Yahoo page. I can't find it under add/remove programs. I just want to get it deleted. Please help. Thanks!!!

You can try PC Decrapifier:

"Run as Administrator" to remove unwanted programs

Another reason why bloatware a.k.a. crapware preloaded on PC's is a bad idea. Why do PC manufacturers think it's such a good idea to place these programs on customers' PC's when they don't want the majority of them?

They think it's a good idea because the crapware manufacturer's pay them to put it on (which, BTW, is one of the reasons that PC's are so cheap to buy these days).
