first back up the registry Then copy and paste this into notepad . It adds a delete on reboot in the right click menu
So if you have stubborn file or folder that doesnt want to delete it will delete for you the next time you reboot. You just right click on the file you want deleted then click delete on reboot -------------------- <span style='color:blue'>Ad-Aware SE</span> | Spybot S&D 1.4
For extra protection try spyware blaster <span style='color:blue'>If you use IE I suggest using these two programs</span> MVPHosts & IE-SPYAD |

Another word of caution here. Be completely sure of what the file is you want to delete and what it does before you use this method to delete. There's no easy way to back out of deleting a file once you have selected that option. And you're not going to have a backup file if you want it back unless you make one yourself.
