Cannot Remove Xp Power Toy From Vista

hi.i recently upgraded to windows vista.i had an installation file for a windows xp powertoy and i tried to install it on vista.it said its incompatible and didnt install but now every time i start the computer the same message keeps popping up that its incompatible.the program isnt in startup its not in programs and features.its more of a small nuisance really.just want to get rid of this message which pops up every time i turn on the computer.

Have you tried deleting the installer file?

i deleted the install file and its the cmd power toy which allows you to open a command prompt in any location using right click. cmdhere
