Hello! I purchased spy sweeper and I am still having problems. I haven't been able to get onto Mozilla because I keep getting an error that says something like: firefox.exe has encountered a problem and needs to shut down. I keep getting pop-ups and my desktop picture keeps turning into an ad! I don't know know what's wrong. I ran the hijack this and here is the log to it.
