Thoughts And Comments On Btguard just got it and not sure if it is helping or not

Does anybody here user btguard? I have a problem with my ISP messing with my connection with I download torrents and was told this proxy service would help. Does anyone here have any experience with the service? Does it really seem to help. I just got it configured and i'm not really sure if it is helping or not. I guess time will tell but just wanted to hear what you all thought. Is there anything else out there I should give a try other than a new isp lol?
