E-machine Start Up

hello, i'm working on a e-machine t 5082 all i have is the big e and intel in the corner. i moved the drive to an older unit and tried to repair start up so i assume it works. it wont boot with another drive and i noticed the cooling fans ran slower.any ideas? thanks, steve

It may be the power supply. Have you tried safe mode?

Can you boot from you OS CD?

e-machines do not come with cds nor did the people make one
