It is a Game IF ONE PLAYS IT, Not just comments on it. QUOTE Wikipedia - Protectionism is the economic policy of promoting favored domestic industries through the use of high tariffs and other regulations to discourage imports. Historical variants of this policy have included mercantilism, a trade policy aimed at maximizing currency reserves by running large trade surpluses; and import substitution, a trade policy in which targeted imports are replaced by local manufactures in order to stimulate local production. Well, as always, some people just march to their own drummer. After all, this is meant to be fun and it's just a game and life isn't meant for people to follow the rules.
I think I paraphrased that well, lol. Ah! Here we go again! -------------------- |
