Got A Crash In My Game

i got a game call 9dragons most of the time when im playing or starting the game i get a crash that restart my computer when it restart it give me a blue screen somthing about menory and is a online game what should i do 2 make it stop?

You have to be much more specific rather then "i was playing "insert game" and it crashed, plz help".

-Tell what you were doing before it crashed, were you in title screen, did you make a specific move like some special weapon or something

-When it crashed did it give you an error message like "Problem with page memory" or something?

-Could you tell me your computer specs so I can rule out if you're computer's not capable of handling the game. If you bought it from a store and it's not custom you can just tell me the model number.
