I usually use php include to insert a page in another page. Is it possible to do this in just html or some other way. I am tryingto make a header fro all the pages so i just have to change the navigation in one spot. the place where it will be hosted it is hard to get php enabled.

is there to use css to insert the header that i want.
thanks
