BleepingComputer.com: Archlord Wont Connect To The Login Server :(

i just reinstalled Archlord a free online game and it still wont connect to the login server when i put my username and pass in. i checked my fire wall settings (norton) and added the game to allow it to get threw and dl patches and what not. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
