Interactive Sevices Dialog Detection Pop Up Becoming Very Annoying! is it a virus or what i cant get rid of it.....

hi im new to the whole computer world!! theres this pop up that keeps happening "interactive sevices dialog detection" it wont stop i want to know if it is a virus also it has details with the popup saying its coming from " C:\program files\outlook express\svchost.exe" i cant delete it avg sez there is no virus its becoming a headache! also its a folder in my program files under "outlook" but i dont have out look on my pc! can someone please help me!????....any help would be muchly appreciated! thanks lucas_W!

Try disabling the Service by doing this:

Go to Start>>>Run and type in services.msc
Double click on Interactive Service
Under Startup type, select Manual to start when you need it or Disabled to never use it.
Click on the Stop button to stop the service
