Thanks for the warm welcome folks,

I left it running last night and it has decided to change cores don't know what tis means.

Any ideas?

By the way, I was thinking of changing the avatar, but if it still makes people smile then I'll keep it.
Regards,

Alan.

When I got this new computer, I noticed that the GUI v5.03 was running on only one core so I started checking to see if I could get the other core running as well.

With some great help from the F@H Forum, it seems that I may have just got the console up and running but the last 24 hours have been a marathon.

Anyone interested in the saga can read about it HERE.

Cheers

cranking up Processor # 2 as we speak

edit: having issue's with Xandros, Debian, XP Pro(non-legit), Win98(also apparently non legit) but I will be up and running soon

just for the record the non legit copies came from HDD's that were supposed to be wiped when I acquired them.

Never use illegal copies it makes life crappy on you and your computer tech

Don't know about Vista but I imagine it would work without any problem.

I'm using the same username with 2 computers and 3 cpu's without any hassle at the moment, so get all your friends to run it with your name

Cheers

The Vista version is out.

You can use the same user name on 2 PC's just login as your name and team #.

Anyone know how to make F@H console 5.04 work for Xbuntu??
