"The address book may not be installed properly" When I try and open an email I get "An error has occured opening this message" I un-installed and re-installed and suggested on the Microsoft website but the problem remains. Any advice is welcome. Regards Paul |

Did you try this:
1. Start Internet Explorer 7. 2. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options. 3. On the Advanced tab, click Reset. 4. In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset to confirm. Some other suggestions http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/community -------------------- Mark
