When posting a log please put the type of infection you have in the topic title. IE: Winfixer, Virtumonde, WinTools, WebSearch, Home Search Assistant, etc.

New Member Group: Members Posts: 8 Joined: 9-March 08 Member No.: 195,356	My computer was recently attacked by some spyware or malware or whatever it is. I have used every anti-virus posted in these forums but the problem is still not fixed. I have a cable modem and the internet used to be extremely fast but is now slowed to almost nothing. The problem also exists in my firefox browser. I think it's a vundo trojan because some of the anit-virus' turned it up, but they supposedly got deleted. Two popups are also appearing, one is for reditty while the other has just numbers at the top of the name panel, it almost looks like and ISP number. My games all run very fast online as well, but the browser is slowed to the point where its useless. everything else on my computer runs fine too. This problem has been affecting me for a while and would really like to get back to surfing the web. here is my hijackthis log, and any help would be greatly appreciated. Note: In the event you already have Combofix, this is a new version that I need you to download. It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop Close any open browsers. Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix. ----------------------------------------------------------- Very Important! Temporarily disable your anti-virus, script blocking and any anti-malware real-time protection before performing a scan. They can interfere with ComboFix or remove some of its embedded files which may cause "unpredictable results". Click on this link* to see a list of programs that should be disabled. The list is not all inclusive. If yours is not listed and you don't know how to disable it, please ask.* ----------------------------------------------------------- Double click on combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
