Yeah, and all the hurricanes we had this year!

I live in Southeastern Connecticut. We're close enough to the ocean that a warmer than usual Gulf Stream could cause it.
We usually have one or two good snowstorms a year (over 18") - and I'd guesstimate that we get about 3 - 5 feet per year in total.
This year we've had 2 "significant" storms - both left about 2" on the ground.

I do agree with you... We get a hot spell and then everyone panics... This winter the polar ice caps have expanded so they don't talk about anymore...
Please don't blast me on this one... not saying it doesn't exist... but... the facts do go in another directions some times...

No comment on the snow you are all dealing with. I'm just curious about this global warming talk during last summer. Haven't heard much mention of it this winter.
Coincidence?
Now before I get severely chastised about my supposed indifference to global warming. That is not a fact. I'm just saying it seems odd, that once the weather changed the topic of global warming went into hibernation. Thats all I'm saying.

"Global warming", as far as the human race having anything to do with it if it is happening at all, is a hoax perpetrated by those that would keep us all focused on imaginary fears. So we're kept off-balance. So people can't take a step back and take a good look at what's really being done to them. Because that would be a very bad thing for the ones that are really in control.

My most humble apologies for bringing in a political element to this topic. That was never my intent to make this topic political. I was only intending to make a joke. Since I have inadvertently caused the topic to go off track it is now closed. Again, my apologies.
The Internet is so big, so powerful and pointless that for some people it is a complete substitute for life.
