Hello guys I need help, how to restore the gpedit.msc only not the whole system...
thanks...

To 'stuped': Fixed my issue via Safe Mode Command Prompt. Was able to run MMC.exe which
in turn allowed me to add the Group Policy Snap-In. Once I got to the GP
windows, the rest was easy.

Having said that, I have a downloaded copy of the Tweak guide on my machine. GOOD STUFF! I refer to it at least once a week, and usually find solutions to the most common problems w/XP there.

Thumbs Up!

For those of you with Win XP, I found this 170 page PDF format tweak guide. It has a lot of good information and is well worth the download.

Thank you! Trustingly followed Schrauber's malware removal instructions. Now I'd like to know what it all means! This looks great.

A learning experience is one of those things that say, "You know that thing you just did? Don't do that."
