BTW We live in a split level house, not a bungalow... You can sort of get an idea of the height from the grand am beside it and this stuff sucks after a storm and you have to get up at 5 am to go to work...   Last thing... my bedroom is in the basement... That's way too much snow! You realize there are places to live that don't get that much snow, or even any snow at all...

High winds blow most of the snow off of the roofs, it's not wet enough and also the roofs have a pretty high pitch too them for that reason also...

I live in the opposite extreme, where the weather most of the year, is intense heat. Could do with a couple of Buckets full of Snow right now.

I used to live in Chicago. There was a time when I would play with snow almost daily. Snifff.....
