Hi To day I bought a new DVD Rewriter for my computer its a LG GSA-H55L, ive now installed it , but for some reason it will only
play a DVD and not recored to a DVD Disk, when I try and record to a DVD disk I get this message pop on screen..

windows encountered a problem when trying to copy this file what do you want windows to do - with the option to retry or cancel

I am trying to copy onto a princo DVD-R 4.7gb sp 120 minuet disk , and running Windows XP Pro

the computer originally only came with a CD rewriter , I used to write to my old CD disk by clicking on what I want to write to disc and clicking copy to Drive (D ?

any advice please on how to get this new DVD Rewriter to copy to a new DVD disk..?
Thanks..
