I am dealing with a client who is using MSN Hotmail as his primary mail (a mistake to begin with) and is having troubles with some of his contacts sending him email. They often get emails back saying that they cannot send him mail. He sometimes still receives the mail despite the senders complaints. When I check the block senders list in his Hotmail settings there is a big list of all legitimate address. I have tried removing them and I have most recently added them to the safe senders list after they reappeared. This did not do the trick and they are back on the block list! AHH any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks in advance,

Mike

I found this for you. But honestly, the real solution is to ditch Hotmail and switch to anything else.

Hey thanks for the reply! Unfortunately I had already been able to figure that out, the problem is that they keep reappearing in the block list mysteriously.

Well, if Plan A doesn't work, switch to Plan B. The answer is to ditch Hotmail. I know that's not the answer you want but sometimes you have give stubborn customers a little tough love.
