My experience is that is usually a problem with the graphics on the page you are visiting. So it's difficult to comment without any sort of context. What exactly are you doing when that comes up and where are you when it does come up? The blank background isn't helpful.

usually that happens when "core" (java)script files do not work, but the html can still be rendered

First, one has to understand what script errors are.

http://www.tech-faq.com/internet-explorer-script-error.shtml

IMO, script errors are coding errors on a given webpage. There is nothing I can do about that page and its errors, so I don't worry about such.

My solution is to disable script error reporting.

There are other Internet situations that merit much more consideration in my world.

Louis
