Helpppppppppp IE7

Hi everyone i need help before i go mad after 3 days.. My ie 7 is giving me grief..yesterday it was yahoo and still is, i cant get the graphics colour to show toolbar above the area you write?, it just blank and when i log into mail sometimes it says cannot detect browser or something but i can get into mail normally, the link here is what my compose looks like and ive gone into settings....and ticked unticked in general options yahoo... here is pic?

Now today My hotmail decides it wants to play up too

Between both emails i think something is wrong with IE7 and cookies ive gone into IE7 cleard cookies used ccleaner i just wanna scream atm..... cuz today now its hotmail :huh: :huh: :huh:

First, I'd try an alternate browser (such as the free Firefox located here: http://www.mozilla.com )

Next would be running a system performance report
Go to Start and type in "perfmon /report" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Let us know if you find any Red X's in the report (and what they are).
