Need Serious Help With Internet videos wont play

Rite, i have a laptop, windows vista, internet explorer 7 and firefox.

i try playing videos such as

http://www.football.virginmedia.com/page/championshipvideo/

but it wont play.. the bar say 'ready' but when i click play nothing happens... ive tried downloading the new flash player, youtube videos work fine but when they are on sites such as this they just dont

please please please, any help would be hugely appreciated!!

This site doesn't use Flash. They use Windows Media. So you may want to be sure you have the latest version of Windows Media Player. This video can only be viewed in England so someone there should check the link to see if the video works for them.
