When posting a log please put the type of infection you have in the topic title. IE: Winfixer, Virtumonde, WinTools, WebSearch, Home Search Assistant, etc. Do not bump your topic. Warning: Spyware threat has been detected on your PC Your Computer has several fatal errors due to spyware activity....blah blah Then I keep getting these pop ups about spyware files and spyware cleaning software. We've run Spy Bot and Adware 2007 which both of them removed some issues. We also ran the housecall scan over on Trend Micro..but the problem still exist. Can anyone help us out?  I can't get rid of this Smitfraud virus...none of the clean ups seem to work..all the files are still on my PC along with the pop-ups and the hijacked background..HEEEELP!!! I know you guys said not to bump, but my goodness I've been waiting on a response all day...none of the fixes that worked before work now...and the smitfraudfix can not delete some files in my TEMP folder. I run in addition to that...ComboFix, SpyBot, Adware Free, CC Cleaner, OTMoveIt, and now I'm running HouseCall. Plus I'm on-call at work..it's been fraustrating to try and fix jobs from home when your own PC is not working properly...
