Actually I just noticed, it can't be updated via the update tab, if you do it gives you the link that boopme has posted.
It has a great new GUI, something I was hoping for myself -------------------- David

People who are updating that usually don't read the small print on the bottom, the makers of Spywareblaster recommend you uninstall the previous version before upgrading to the new one.
And as david28 said, great GUI :D This post has been edited by skyfuser: Mar 2 2008, 01:14 PM -------------------- "If a man is offered a fact which goes against his instincts, he will scrutinize it closely, and unless the evidence is overwhelming, he will refuse to believe it. The origin of myths is explained in this way." - Bertrand Russell

QUOTE It has a great new GUI, something I was hoping for myself Agreed. Any this version also enables protection considerably faster than its predecesor. SB is one of the most unique and important security software you can install on your computer. It blocks a lot of garbage from bad sites....and it's free! It gets my vote as being one of the best freeware programs on the internet. |

SpywareGuard is supposed to "a great addition to spyware blasters protection." I wouldn't really say that now as spywareguard isn't that good. I think that what they should do, is integrate SpywareGuard into SpywareBlasters protection. Or, in other words, make SpywareBlaster have a real-time scanning engine. I am not complaining though because JavaCool has done an excellent job and have provided these for free.

SpywareGuard has compatibility issues with some computers that they have been unable to resolve. I suspect they may discontinue the product.
