I have a copy of Vista Ultimate (legal, BTW) That came with a different computer. The comp i am using now is vista home premium. I want to upgrade to ultimate. Can I use the ultimate disk to do this without getting the Cd key blacklisted?

If it's already been activated on the other computer, the answer is 'no', you can't use it.
