My Wacom CTE-630 "Sapphire" pad that I got for Birthmas is acting up. Generally, the mouse and pad correspond to the whole screen--for example, if I pick up the pen and put it down somewhere else, the cursor moves too, unlike most pads. However, today it has abruptly stopped and is acting like a normal mousepad--I don't know why, but it's obnoxious and I can't draw now. I have looked in the start menu and it says that the driver is unable to be found. Am I screwed? What can I do to get it back to how it was?

Thanks so much.

HS

Hi Hacksmash.
Probably late to the party but according to Wacom, it should have came with a driver cd.
If it did not or you have lost it, you can download it from here.
My preference would be to do an uninstall, then reinstall rather then an over the top install. Uninstall procedure here
Full product manuals here. smile.gif
