Posted Image When posting a log please put the type of infection you have in the topic title. IE: Winfixer, Virtumonde, WinTools, WebSearch, Home Search Assistant, etc.


Posted Image Do not bump your topic. We try to resolve logs on a first come/first served basis. By bumping your log you will be pushed back in line due to the new date of your bump.

Avg Shows Windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts As Changed Should I be worried about this?

Sometimes my avg shows windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts as a "changed" file. It has done this 3 times now. However, it was not 3 scans in a row, there were completely clean scans between them. I have scanned with Adaware and Spybot S&D, both scans came up clean.

I followed the steps listed on these forums and have gotten a HijackThis log file. Any help would be very much appreciated.
