Dunno What I Did Wrong, Please Help! Custom build

In my never ending saga to get this system working properly, (Yes John, I am still having problems....lol) the latest check was to adjust RAM voltage settings from 1.8 to 2.2 V.
Trouble is, I get no display at all from the monitor, nada, zilch, zero.....
I have swapped out video cards, even changed location of them on the MOBO
Double checked power supply connections to the MOBO, still getting the black screen of death....

Not sure what you mean by 'still', yes the monitor is a known good unit ..........

Your computer is seemingly posting but your getting nothing on the screen? Have you checked the power connections to the Video card? When you tried a different video cards did the other one work?

Not sure what posting means, but the monitor screen is completely blank, yes it is a known good monitor and, indeed, powered on. I have not checked voltages at the video card MOBO terminals, however swapping to a known good card does not change my problem. Relocating both video cards (individually) to another location on the MOBO also does not help.
One interesting note though, when the monitor VGA cable is disconnected, a screen saver, of sorts, looks to be like a monitor adjusting menu appears. As soon as the cable is hooked to the video card output this menu disappears, system power off or on.
A final thought, there is no beep or whatsoever from the MOBO when power is applied to the unit.........
