Games Similar To Cod 4?

Are there any games similar to cod 4 when u can actually aim for my low end pc? Heres what I got from System Requirements lab for call of duty 4
Ill try to edit the crap out
I have been able to play Halo combat evolved even though it does warn me.
Edit: I know im crazy but i seriously need a good fps game. Heres also a picture of the page.

MoH never seems as good as CoD but you can try it as I believe it requires alot less than CoD.
I tried the system requirement lab since I play on my PC alot and the report turned out alot better for MoH in capacity speaking.
If you try to fail and succeed, which have you done?
If con is the opposite of pro what is the opposite of progress?

With those itnel integrated graphics you won't be able to play many games. You should look into a new card.
