while attempting to download prevx update i get an error 1316 etc, etc. then a wisecustomcalla attempts to apply to my programs.
seen the like?

It appears that this belongs to the My Web Search program (which I consider to be spyware - but I'm not an expert). I'd suggest scanning your system with AdAware http://lavasoftusa.com/products/ad_aware_free.php or SpyBot Search and Destroy http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html

hi,,, i agree with John on the "my web search" its a search bar for your brouser and superantispyware and spyware doctor pick it up as spyware.
