W98 Missing Shlwapi.dll I put the file in from file mngr and now......

DA CHEW--I made and tried every version of windows available from boot disk

CHew-- the light isn't stuck on and the wires are properly inserted,,,,, I tried a brand new floppy drive and still nothing

you have to check the cable also? exchange with another one?

and everything is enabled in bios(you are on your own there)

Chewy-- yep the floppy is first cdrom second and ide-0 third. It reads the floppy when I first start it up but that is about it.
