Go to Control Panel...Classic View...Windows Defender...Tools...Software Explorer and disable it from there.
Alternatively, go to Control Panel...Classic View...Performance Information and Tools...Manage Startup Programs -------------------- - John

After that, go to C:\Program Files\, and delete the PcMightyMax folder.
