Okay, I don't know if I posted this ? in the right thread, but I'm going to ask anyway. The past few weeks I have been experiencing some problems with my PC. I do have Vista btw. Certain websites do not load for me like Target for an example and my outlook express is all whacked out. Just today whenever I'm on my outlook express checking my emails, I have to reconnect to the internet. I have DSL. I have the Norton Internet security installed also. I have cleaned out the cookies and use the ccleaner. I bummed too because I can't use the selling features on ebay!! It won't let me type a description or load pics. I think alot of the problems have to do with my son playing that computer game called Runescape and I found out today that he was looking at alot of porn. What do you think I should do??? Oh and I can't do a system restore because it says ERROR. I can't even sign into my yahoo mail.

missypoo,

It is not unusual to wait for a response longer than 2 hours in a forum.
Everyone here is volunteer and perhaps there isn't a member on board with the expertise to help you with your problem.

Please be patient, someone will answer your question.
Displaying a bad attitude won't help the situation.

I see you have an open HJT log posted in the HijackThis Logs and Malware Removal forum.
You shouldn't make any changes to your system, while your HJT log is posted, as that could change the results of the posted log, making it difficult to properly clean your system.

At this point, the HJT Team should be the only members that you take advice from, until they have verified your log as clean.

I'm closing this topic until you are cleared by the HJT Team.
If, after your log has been cleaned, you still need help, please PM a Moderator and we will re-open this topic.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to send me a PM.
