Adaware 2007 restore point question

I am afraid it will crash my computer!
I just installed the 2007 version because my oder version wouldn't download updates anymore. This 2007 version is very different. I have run it a few times on my computer, but when I am ready to "finish", I never know if I should do the "restore" or not.
Does anyone have any advice?
