How to remove FilterProgram (Removal Instructions) What this programs does: FilterProgram is a rogue security program that uses false advertising and exaggerated scan results as a scare tactic to have you purchase the full version of their software. Typically, FilerProgram is installed along with other malware onto your computer without your consent. FilterProgram can also be installed when you visit certain sites that display popups and alerts that attempt to mislead you into thinking you are infected with some sort of security risk. In reality, though, this program is using false information to scare you into purchasing the full version of their software, which you should obviously not do.
