Help
I got a barebone kit from tigerdirect, it has a machspeed mobo pen. D 3g processor 1g ram. The first mobo was junk had to fight with machspeed tech to get replaced, anyway when i go to boot up it will go thrugh post fine then just as winxp logo starts to apear it goes to blue screen of death. say's unmountable drive, eeerrrrrr driving me nuts i took hard drive and put in another pc and the hard drive will bootup fine, but put it back in case with the machspeed mobo blue screen of death. i have tride everything i can think of just cant get it to work. can anybody help ?????? thanks

If the drive works fine on another system, then it's likely that the drive is OK. Try checking the cables and the settings on the mobo (reset the BIOS to default) to see if that clears it up. Also, check to ensure that the mobo standoffs are properly positioned and that the mobo is not shorting out on the case/tray.
